That light! One of the many reasons I love shooting family portraits in Cape Town. On one of my last nights in my hometown, I got to spend a perfect late Summer’s evening on Llandudno beach running around in the golden light with these gorgeous people. Claire’s dog Tanner was getting on a bit, and it was important for her to document this moment in time. We met about an hour before the sunset to catch the last light of the day, and as far as ‘magic hours’ go, it was just that.
