From the minute I met Stephanie and Marco, I knew their wedding was going to be something wonderful. They are kind, warm and big-hearted, the type of people who make you feel at home in an instant. On the morning of their wedding it was absolutely pouring down. Having planned an outdoor ceremony at wedding venue Moschti in Stäfa. Stephanie’s main concern was that her guests (not herself!) would get wet, but Marco had faith in the weather forecast, convinced the skies would clear in time for their 14h00 ceremony.
Thankfully the groom’s optimism paid off, and the clouds made way for a moment of blue skies just in time for an emotional, moving ceremony under a canopy of trees, overlooking the lake of Zurich. The ceremony was lead by the lovely Esther Cossalter, who cleverly incorporated the couple’s passion for travel and adventure into their service, by adding a few wedding traditions from around the world. Stephanie and Marco also chose to say their own personalized vows, and had almost everyone (me included!) in tears in the process.
It was a real honour and privilege to document the heaps of love at this wedding – a huge thank you again to Stephanie and Marco for sharing this special day with me xoxo
